Getting Started

To be eligible to receive compensation from referrals your must first be actively licensed with Referral Realty in the state of Oregon.You then need to send your active license from the state to REALTY REFERRAL with the following documents. If you are not transferring your license from a current Oregon real estate firm you may want to contact the Oregon Real Estate Agency to determine what may be needed to complete the transfer.

You can contact us for all of the materials or send the following documents to us with your original signatures.


  • License Transfer Form
  • W-9 Tax Form
  • REALTY REFERRAL Broker-to-Broker Agreement
  • Continuing Education Certificate Copies (At time of renewal)
